
Santa Fe Hurricane
1 lb ground round
3 cans diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can pinto beans, undrained
1 can kidney beans, undrained
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 pkg ranch dressing mix
1 c shredded chedder cheese
1 c sour cream
Brown ground round in a skillet. Drain. In crock-pot, combine ingredients except sour cream & cheese, cover & cook on low 6 hours. Garnish soup with sour cream & cheese.
